Scope of Warranty
For all products sold to consumers in Australia.
The warranty covers:
Our warranty period commences from the date of sale of the product online, it will be taken electronically from the time of payment. Products are covered by a “1-year warranty”, excluding consumables.
As per the consumer guarantee under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, our goods and services cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the refund process and we will be happy to help you out.
We will provide our return address to you via email. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping (see the shipping section below).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
