Perfact lamp for reduced eye strain ! ("augenfreundlich") I have this lamp in use for some time now and I must say working in the morning or evening feels much for the eyes now. I haven't used the features with changing colors (not sure if that's really needed or jus a gimmick). But having some surrounding light in a still rather dark room really reduces eye strain The lamp just sits on the monitor (no screws required), and the relatively heavy foot keeps it there secure and safe. Perfect if your monitor has some USB port itself to power the lamp (automatically switches on with power on the USB port). The connection between the foot and the light bar is just magnetic, so no wearing if you change the angle frequently. The light can be controlled (on/off, dim, color) by the remote device, which requries 2 AAA batteries (not included!). The remote can be opened by slightly twisting the cover (see lock symbols). Bought this with a discount coupon, but meanwhile I have ordered another one for my wife. I can definitely recommend this.

Great product at a fair price, doesn't come with batteries though (at least in Germany, might be an import regulation thing). Arrived after around 2 weeks with GLS, no issues with customs etc. Not 100% level with the monitor though, but it's very minor.

The Lamp is pretty great and is bis enough to fit a 16:9 Screen. The remote works as advertised and you can power the lamp via a standard usb port on your monitor with the included ubs b to c cable, or via a usb c port if you supply your own usb c to c cable. The workmanship of the product itself is very good and justifies the moderately high price tag. you get what you pay for, in a positive way. The emitted light looks great and covers a large area of the desk. What you should know: Though the lamp hardly shines onto the monitor and I would generally agree to describing the lamp as "glare free", it does light up every small bit of dust on your screen, so best keep your microfibre cloth ready ;-)

I was looking for a monitor light and it was inexpensive to adjust the brightness at hand, and I bought it because the brand is Xiaomi, which is familiar with using the smartphone. I haven't used it much yet, but it's nice to adjust the brightness and color temperature with the remote control. It's very convenient because it's easy to make adjustments on hand. I love this light. I was looking for a USB powered light with a remote control for my wife's office that I could put on top of a curved monitor. She studies into the evening and uses a wireless keyboard that is not lit and has paperwork on the desk in front of a pair of curved 32 inch monitors. She needs some light for the desk space that is not as harsh as the room light but more consistent than the monitor light. I picked up a small "sewing machine" LED lighting kit for the keyboard drawer and added this light to the top of a monitor. It is perfect. The remote allows you to turn on and off the light as well as dim it and set the color temperature. The only think that could make it better than perfect is if there were software based controls for Windows.

That light is awesome! I had to try a bit till I found out that rotating the knob is doing and rotating while pressing it is light temperature. The little handbook is unusable. But the led light is absolutely great.
